If you want to use my images for project or organisational use just ask and I’ll consider it. For non profit use I usually ask for a copy of the end material containing my image/s. Commercial use will be considered on a per case basis.
For personal use you can download low resolution images from the site for use as background on your screen (or such) as long as you don’t edit or sell them.
