Gone …
… I was thinking last week I would offer to teach meditation once more and then, out of the blue, one lady who had been before rang to ask if she could come along, saying she saw my current ad in the local paper.
Thing is I don’t have a current ad, or didn’t when she rang. So I took the cue and will start teaching next week – if anyone wants to come along …
All are welcome, especially any who already recognise the need for peace of mind.

Meditation is the beginning of the end of the mind as a problem. It naturally leads to the practise of being and both are done alone.
There is another realisation of space and sensation that can be called love that is done in partnership.
A rare event … one foot in front of the other.

I agree with NWI ACT FOR ARCTIC said, meditation change lifes.
Experience … and will.
Good one. I also teach meditation. It is my favourite kind of service. Gives me such a high to lead a class into stillness.
People need meditation more than they need pretty much anything. ( well, love is another, but as you say, meditation is done alone, even when in a group. Sitting with yourself, in your self. Your self in the moment.
And it is so much easier for most to practice meditation alone when in a group setting, than alone when alone. … At first at least. Meditation’s concentration seems to be contagious. )
And for someone to pick up the phone and call you out of the blue! For some strange reason, that takes considerable effort. So it is wonderful that you could arrange to start again just like that.

Eventually …
Everything has to be tested to be discarded.
Meditation changed my life.
It has that potential. More rightly I think your are on the cusp of change when you get to meditation. Then it can help the change you already saw was needed.
very good point.
Small seeds need water.
Big trees exhale on the breeze.
Clouds shed rain on all.
May all be well with you, WG
