Nature's Place

Flower …

… because it’s possible.

It’s been a warm winter and in parts the garden ‘thinks’ it’s spring, with all the new growth and some winter flowers.

But most of the little creatures aren’t fooled, too easy to die when the cold of dark space falls from a clear moonlit night.

Hi Mark, Macro photography turns small flowers into great hairy (fluffy?) trumpets.

      Hi Margaret.

Yes, and if you could look closer still you would probably find more detail. It’s a detailed world.

AMAZING photographs! I love what you have said about them and how you are keeping things in perspective for those who don’t always think about nature in this way! What do you do with your pictures after you blog with them?

      Thanks Melissa.

Perspective is necessary in all things, isn’t it.

A brief but wise reflection, Mark. And poetic: “…when the cold of dark space falls from a clear moonlit night.”

      Thanks Cate.

It’s nice when words that fit come already organised.
