Picture Perfect

Wasp I believe, resting in the long grass late afternoon as the sky darkens.

Reed bee maybe, taking a break after raiding the morning glory flowers, evidence visible.

Yellow eyed hopper … they don’t do a lot I get to see, except running up and down their home on the eucalyptus tree.

Leaf eating beetle, living alongside the hopper above. Must be a sweet tree.

Honey bee stocktaking after a restless flight that included a heavy raid on many of the morning glory flowers.

From recent enough times … a little colour in the ‘cold’ of our sunny winter … 10/22 ‘C forecast for Brisbane today.

Visitors expected to the garden are few to noneof a size big enough to shoot. It’s been quiet.
