    Stunning photos. What gave the orange and pink background colors in the first one?

      The basic colours are of the flower, it’s a Chrysanthemum. It has a golden yellow heart and the magnification, lighting and exposure have an effect on what is actual. There is no unusual PP and the separation of colours by the wing is probably accentuated by reflection.
